Streamlining Learning Management for 343 LABS
343 LABS, a New York City-based music production school, approached Think Design to spearhead its Learning Management System (LMS) development and deployment.
The school offers both remote and in-person classes and needed an LMS where they could aggregate all of their online courses and learning materials.
We worked very closely with 343 LABS to discover their needs and challenges, as well as the scope of the project. While Version 1 of the Learning Management System was supposed to take six weeks to develop, we were able to deliver the product in five weeks.
The customized LMS is fully integrated with 343 LABS’ WordPress and its MemberPress plugin via their respective APIs. This integration allows 343 LABS to seamlessly upload course materials, manage subscription billing, and customize student dashboards. The customized LMS is also integrated with 343 LABS’ Vimeo page.
Managing the Sales Funnel Process for Galaxy
Galaxy, an E-commerce platform that blends live shopping with sustainable fashion resale, commissioned Think Design to develop and deploy its customer relationship management (CRM) system.
The CRM had to be built from scratch to align with the sales process co-developed by Danny Quick, the CEO of Galaxy, and his sales team.
The resulting CRM manages Galaxy’s sales funnel by importing and tracking records throughout the sales process. This system allows lead outreach to be individually customized, resulting in more robust and efficient lead engagement and conversions.
The initial version of the CRM was rolled out in nine weeks, and the second round of development is ongoing.
Some of the features of this CRM include:
- Ingesting thousands of JSON lead records via a custom API
- Thorough deduplication to prevent the same lead from being imported twice
- Organizing records into a sortable, draggable interface
- List and kanban views
- The ability to write personalized messages for each contact
- Exporting records to Interseller (a Mailchimp clone)
- Records can be moved to the next stage of the funnel manually, or when they reply to an email, automatically
- Businesses that want to create a comparable customer relationship management tool using Salesforce or Pipedrive would have to shell out at least $10,000 a month.
